Gunmen on Saturday afternoon invaded Akpuna village in Ukum Local Government Area (LGA) of Benue State, killing 25 citizens.
According to nearby sources, the invaders got here to the agreement and shot repeatedly.

Meanwhile, the senator representing Benue North-east, Emmanuel Udende has condemned the assault.
The senator known as on protection companies to fish out the perpetrators of the killings and prosecute them.

He disclosed that 25 human beings have been killed with none provocation.
